She’s sort of the human embodiment of Peace and Reconciliation…
Calm Scarf – KathKath
When there are quarrels, disagreements, or flat out fights, corporate headquarters send her in…
Calm Scarf – KathKath
She delights in studying both sides of a conflict and finding the common ground that makes the beginning of compromise possible. She believes that there is more to unite than to divide…

(yes, if you find a bag in the right color, it’s okay to have 2 bags from the same brand…)She knows that she needs a good dinner before she throws herself into the fray – self-care is a very important part of taking care of others!

Janice,
Oh how fun! And I love the matching socks ! And those pj bottoms — ooo la la! Many times it takes me several looks to see all of the details you include in your posts — down to the nail polish ! Thank you for all you do, you start my day Monday through Friday , with a look back on some of your other posts over the weekend !
Beautiful colours that would make anyone breathe deeply and relax!
I have been enjoying this series featuring the various scarves along with the stories. Thank you for all the time and skill you dedicate so we can have our morning ( afternoon, evening) delight. Love that you are including socks and PJs!!
I am wondering how long the pant leg should be with the bootie. Is it just long enough to not bunch up when it hits the foot?
It depends on how you're comfortable – I keep mine reasonably short, in case I top to wear flat shoes instead of boots. I'm not a big believer in hard and fast rules for this sort of thing. I know that someone, somewhere in downtown Chicago is looking at my hem length and shaking their head, but I don't really care!
hugs,
Janice
Those pajamas are amazing! :)
Love your Albright comment.
…and those pajamas are to die for! I love how you include all the details of planning for short trips for your/our heroines. : )
Love most all the clothes you show and the scarves have been beautiful! Unfortunately, most everything is outside our budget, but they do show some good ideas! Thanks for your blog!
I'm constantly torn between affordable and amazing – although those 2 aren't always mutually exclusive! So I try to strike a balance… but never doubt that I've got all kinds of budgets in my mind, and I'm never unaware of the fact that many women have to manage on very little.
love and hugs,
Janice
