Packing for Ireland…

If there's anything I know about, it's how to dress in Ireland! If you're going next week, you'll want to lighten this assortment up a little bit. But if you're going to be in Ireland in the autumn, which is UTTERLY beautiful, expect sunshine, rain, wind, and to be cold most of the time...

In praise of old clothes

"Clothes should be worn. They should be used. They become more personal, more distinctive and more beautiful - for me - when they have been worn lovingly for years. ...One of the key reasons I believe well-worn clothes look better on everybody is that the wearer is inevitably more comfortable in them.
