    You have captured the moods of the painting beautifully. What lovely colour combinations and as you say, soft and feminine. I'm especially impressed by the green coat + scarf + tan boots … we hardly ever see colours like that for outerwear in Australia; it's all black, beige or red, and mostly black. Sigh for the Sonia Rykiel budget.

    I, too, love the work of Mary Cassatt! She provides wonderful inspiration. If you're ever in Boston be sure to see her works at the Museum of Fine Arts!
