This is where I sit for hours, drinking coffee out of a big water glass, and working on beautiful things to share with you!

love,

IT was a corporate holiday gift during the worst of the pandemic – how absolutely weird can you get?

Please tell us more about the photos. I recognize some from the blog. Are they images of all your clothes? Just your current capsule? How are they organized? How do you use them? Such a fun little peak into Vivienne Files.

These are my questions, too. I so appreciate you showing us your workspace. My family teases me that I need to see where people live and work so I can imagine them going about their lives — not in a creepy way; just in a thinking-of-you-when-I’m-thinking-of-wardrobe-stuff way.

Thank you for showing us where you work. I liked seeing your workspace. Wish mine looked like that, but I share a desk with a cat. I always enjoy your posts. Even when the colors are not for me, I can adapt.

From such a discrete place, brilliant ideas flow. I am in awe and admiration of your prodigious talent and discipline. May you continue to inspire and entertain us.

How very cool! As noted above, it goes to show that big ideas and boundless creativity can come from a small space! Thank you so much for your posts — they have helped me tremendously over the years!

I also recognize some of those photos. I don’t think I can top what Krystyna said, and make that double! Thank you so much for sharing. I was back reading this post yesterday:

I had to laugh at the green dilemma. I have 36 tops with green as the main color or in the print. I swear every green is a different shade! Everything from Olive to Mint to Emerald and in between. And I couldn’t part with any of them :) Thanks again Janice, looking forward to seeing what you have for us tomorrow!

I love your blog! I’m a person who was never a fashionista, and I get a lot of great tips from you. Particularly enjoyed the black dress 100 different ways. Thank you and enjoy the holidays!

I worry that your keyboard is too high…a lower keyboard shelf might help. Also, hope you have a good ergonomic chair. I was self-employed for 46 years (using a computer full time) and my back was done in in the process, despite all my best efforts.

It IS a bit high; happily I don’t type all that much. My desk is actually a vanity table, so the height was NOT intended to be a desk…

Wow! All from that tiny desk/vanity table! Love your bobblehead! I’m career-changing to working virtually, so I’m working on organizing my home office. I’m glad I have room for my large desk because I like to spread stuff out on it without feeling crowded, but it’s very cool to see how you’ve made great use of a small space! Your board with projects & jewelry tacked up looks like it works great for you–nice use of wall space. I just added a desktop computer hutch over my desk–it sits over my computer & it’s handy to be able to grab what I need & easily put it back up out of my way, so that’s how part of my wall is in use, but seeing your board inspires me to put up a board next to it. Thanks!

Loved seeing a view of your “international” office So organised and inspiring. You achieve so much from such a small space. Loved the jewellery pinned to the board. Looking forward to all your future posts.

What a fun space! Bobble head husband is very cute… and a little kinky (in the best way!) I love how precisely your print outs are pinned up. So satisfyingly symmetrical and neat.

Wow! I’m impressed!!! You create all your awesomeness from one computer on a computer stand and one bulletin board?!?! And maybe a little bit from your own bedroom closet? I had envisioned a large office and full desk and racks of clothes and drawers of accessories. I’m blown away! So grateful to and for you!!!
