Is that Hugo as in Hugo Boss? Their menswear always has been top notch and I will check it out next time I am in Germany.

Tis indeed! The Hugo label is available on Stylebop.com; they carry an assortment of solid-color, simply cut, basic garments that are very appealing. I could easily see great versatility in may of their items…

Lovely! I translated this ensemble into black basics and lavender instead of peach for an upcoming five day trip. These packing posts are my favorites, whether I'm going anywhere or not.

    Hugs–

Thank you. I am packing for 10 weeks in Europe and can start with your post but my colour (s) will be orange/coral. In packing for a longer time, I will use the same sort of basic pieces, just a few more of them. You inspire me. Merci

Back on July 5, 2011, I posted about what I packed for a six week European business trip. I just took another look at the post, and it's pretty much what I would pack if I were leaving tomorrow; take a look to see if it gives you any ideas…

You don't seem to use the Vince cardigan in any of your outfit ideas. Is it more of a "just in case" item, or maybe for over the dresses?

Brain dead moment? It could go over the tee shirts with skirts or pants, or over the dress – I actually think it would look great with every garment here. THIS is what happens when you do blog posts at 5:30 a.m.!

Amazing! Just perfect. This reminds me of how much I love peach – I just don't have enough.
