I don’t know if it’s flu or just a really impressive dose of fibromyalgia, but I’m sleeping all the time, and when I’m awake I feel like someone beat me with a shovel…
Okay, I’ve never been beaten with a shovel; this is what I imagine it might be like!
Here’s a wee preview of Wednesday’s post – generated using Artificial Intelligence on neural.love. AMAZING…
love,
Janice
Oh, no! I hope you feel better soon.
Wishing you a speedy recovery! Take care.
Be well !!
Very sorry to hear you’re not feeling well!
Feel better soon and rest up!
Make sure you take the rest you need and feel better soon.
Take all the time you need to feel better!!!
Please keep “taking care of myself” at the top of your To Do list!
Hugs!
Feel better and take care. That’s a top priority. We wait for your post.
Feel better soon! Rest up!
Get better soon
I hope you feel better soon and I’m looking forward to Wednesday’s post (or even Friday if need be). Prioritize feeling better!
I hope you feel better soon, Janice. The next post looks interesting, but it can wait till you’re feeling good.
No worries. Rest as much as you need. Hope you feel better soon!
Feel better. Yes we all miss you but do make getting well the top priority!
Sending you best wishes for healing! Your health comes first. We will enthusiastically welcome you back whenever you are feeling better. ❤️
Take care. 😢
Fibromyalgia/flu really stinks! Hope it takes it’s/their course and disappears by this afternoon at 3 at the latest!
Have discovered how to go back in time by means of your blog, and slowly working my way forward…did you begin it in 2011? So much fun!

Hi, I’m so sorry that you have fibromyalgia. I do, too. I suffered with the pain for many years. I took Lyrica, which did nothing for me. Then I started Cymbalta, and after a month and a half I got up one morning without pain. I used to think, “If I ever wake up not in pain, I’ll know I’m dead.” Not dead yet! I can still feel tenderness, but that deep, horrible pain is gone. Truly miraculous, thanks to God who is our healer. May you be blessed with help, too.
Hmmm… Cymbalta. I will have to talk to my doctor…
Thanks for this info – and I’m thrilled for you that you found something that helps!
big hugs,
Janice
Hope it’s not something serious. Maybe just seasonal pollen/allergies.
I had that three weeks ago in NYC. Slept almost around the clock for almost four full days.first time in my life I ate nothing! I forced myself to drink ice water in small sips. Take care.
Janice,
Prayers — going up !
Our pre-Covid resistance to bugs has gone. Now we are floored by bugs we might have previously fought off. I recognise the ‘hit by a spade’. Rest up, take it easy and hope you feel better soon x
I echo what others have said—Hope you feel on the mend very soon but take all the time you need to feel better. We will be here when you get back.
Feel better soon and take the time to recover. No stress! We’ll happily wait. I’ll read older posts – they are still very instructional and inspirational!
This seems to be the time for it (I’m all stuffed up at the moment and feeling unmotivated) but we can but hope it will pass and Wednesday will be glorious.
Didn’t have time to read or comment sooner…pet sitting and had my hands full. Hope you are now on the mend. It very well could be flu…my elderly mom seems to have come down with a nasty version of it today. Hugs and wishes for your health to improve.
Hope that you are much better! Have added you to my prayer list. Allergies can trigger all sorts of aches and general feeling of malaise.
