    This blue is one of my favorite colors. And yet, I never find myself wearing it. Thank you for giving me the inspiration to put together a wider variety of outfits with a simple blue sweater.

    And as I understand your point, the same could be done with almost ANY colour that makes your heart beat faster, without making a major investment OTHER than that one splurge. Turquoise is a very great choice. Flattering on many. I have a pair of turquoise earrings. I would probably not purchase anything else to pull it off. Also, one of the scarves we already own may be able to pick up the accent colour that strikes our fancy.
