Packing Peaches for a friend

Come visit A Femme d’un Certain Age, where I’ve packed some peach, pink, and taupe…

And if you have ANY possible exposure to the Norovirus stomach flu that’s going around, do everything in your power to avoid it, clean up, hand wash, disinfect  etc. etc.  This stuff could literally kill someone  who is weak or has a preexisting medical condition. After six hours, I had to have intravenous fluids, and I’m as strong as a horse!

My whole family (in-laws and toddler included) had this over New Year's and it was horrible! So glad you've recovered! -Minda

Lovely wardrobe, but more importantly, I hope you are well soon. Take care.

I was afraid you must have caught the flu. This has been a horrible flu season. I hope you are feeling better. LeNora

Did your husband's food poisoning turn out to be Norovirus?!!! Do take care, both of you.

Thanks for the timely reminder. Hope you've fully recovered, I had flu last year and felt weak for a surprisingly long time. Take care.

When you posted about your partner this is what I suspected. I and 10 of my friends all got it from a single afternoon with another friend's recovering toddler. This thing is horrifically contagious. Be well.

Oh, Janice! Sorry to hear you were stricken with this! I got it on day three in France and felt as though I'd been hit by a fast moving train. Sounds as though you got a worse case with the fluids. Hoping you are well and hoping that the muscle aching part has passed, as well. Susan (Minneapolis)
