I want the Rag & Bone jacket! The black on black ensemble is very edgy/chic. And the kitten heel booties are exceptional. I am 63, but I totally think I could wear this. And I love grouping with the Vionnet jacket. Very smart! Your taste is impeccable.

So cool! Great ideas for my favorite base layer. The pearl ensemble is swoon-worthy.

I adore those Marc Jacobs flats – except for that ugly logo on the back. Argh! Why mess up such elegance with something so gauche?

Vivienne, could you do a starting-from-scratch business casual wardrobe? I am re-entering the workforce and, while I do have a couple of outfits, I don't have a work wardrobe. Would I start with a four-by-four? I could really use your help!!

I love these posts and really enjoyed seeing how much fun neturals can be! The accessories have given me great new ideas (and they are all in my closet, imagine that!). How about winter white/cream? Oooohhh…thanks, Janice!

This idea of column dressing really appeals to me. It is a great way to wear neutrals that are not exaclty my most flattering (black in my case) and warm them with some of my colors. Having wonderful accessories helps too, of course. Yesterday's soft pink with brown was so beautiful. You have created quite a treasure trove of ideas for your followers. Thank you.

I love column dressing; it's the only way to lengthen a curvy figure!

Just back from France. I took only 12 items–thanks to your inspiration.

I like column dressing because it really minimizes the "paradox of choice."

Well, these are some unexpected pairings; I particularly like the last one with the delightful, multicolored scarf. Wonderful inspiration; thank you!

I was thumbing through Marie Claire magazine/July-2012 issue and there's an idea page (no. 66) for black/gold/tan/white (solids, but where there are patterns, they're using geometrics). I thought instantly that it could be for an adult woman of any age. It seems we all really ARE trying how to work our wardrobes wisely and fashionably. I can't come up with the ideas on my own.

It's all great help, even if I don't apply everything just as you present it, but I always come away with a good tip. Just looking at your ideas is so much fun.
