A Birthday Surprise for a Special Girl...

My great-niece is a big fan of pink and purple, so this flashback is for her... I was delighted to note that a few of these pieces are still available!

Look closely at the scarf - do you see the horses with the riders on them? You might want to do some enlarging...

This was a pretty great wardrobe - chock full of cheerful bright colors and a few really bold prints! It requires a certain woman, but she would certainly stand out in any crowd!

three wardrobe additions chosen to compliment an Hermes scarf

Blouse – MICHAEL Michael Kors (similar here); rainbow bracelet - Astley Clarke; trousers – J. Crew (similar here); white shirt – J. Crew (similar here); scarf - Hermes Cheval Surprise Remix

Sorry to spring 2 "flash backs" on you on 2 consecutive days, but when I was reminded of Kiki's birthday, I could NOT avoid pink and purple. It's a little girl imperative!

love,
Janice

    1. If you can't get larger enough pictures of the scarf, let me know; It's so amazing to "see" the horses in the scarf, when for the longest time it just looks like paint blobs!
      xoxoxo to the whole tribe!

  4. I love this scarf and I would not have seen the horses if you had not called my attention to it. Very cool!

  5. OK, while I use the vivid pink in smaller doses sometimes, I still love these colors and I'm 65. So there! I use a duller purple instead of navy and the pink where others would use scarlet. Never outgrew them, probably never will.
